We had a great first experience at PB Smiles today! Dr Samantha was wonderful with my 2 boys, especially my 3 year old. Zeke is my cautious kid and he struggles with new people/experiences sometimes. She quickly won him over talking about Pokémon and showing him all of her Dentistry tools, thoroughly explaining what they were used for. She allowed my son the time he needed to ask questions and feel comfortable. Both her patience and the effort she made to make him feel at ease in this situation meant everything to me! At our previous appointment at a different dental office, Zeke refused to even open his mouth so this was a huge win today! We will definitely be back! Thank you, Dr Samantha for such a wonderful visit!
